Summer is almost here which means FOOTBALL is just around the corner. During football off season - the boys should be staying active swimming, biking, playing sports so that July camp wont be such a shock to them. Playing video games during the summer break will make for a tough preseason start so tell those boys that Coach told them to get outside and MOVE!
